Park Policies

General

RV sites and Park Models are for 2 adults and 2 children maximum.

We will try to accommodate requests for specific sites or units, however, we can not guarantee and reserve the right to change your assigned site or park model unit as needed.

Cancellation Policies

$20.00 Cancellation Fee

Cancel 30 days prior to arrival-full refund-less $20.00 fee

Cancel 14-29 days prior to arrival-50% refund-less $20.00

Cancel less than 13 days prior to arrival-No refund

Pet Policies

Proof of current tags-Current Rabies Certificate-Please follow pet rules-must be on a leash and you must clean up after your pet

Do Not leave pet outside alone-No Aggressive Pets Allowed

RV Age Policy

Units older than 10 years must be seen and approved by management or staff member.

Smoking Policy

Please refrain from smoking in all buildings, including park models. Its Florida Law.
